Collaboration
Aims to build positive relationships among organization members based on mutual trust and win-win interactions. An action to improve it is to mediate in existing conflicts so that they become constructive and never destructive, making explicit the opportunities offered by the discussion. It is recommended that a person of the leadership team takes on the role of mediator.

Innovation
Promotes a strategic focus on experimentation and change that drives the project towards continuous improvement. An action to improve it is to make it easier for the actors to change their point of view («what would you do if you were on the other side?»), Including new and different actors in the team (professionals interested, external experts …).
89
Trust
Intends to generate the necessary cohesion among community actors in order to nurture social relationships. An example of action to improve it is the creation of spaces for informal social interaction, in order to encourage the development of new ways of relating to each other.

90
Participation
Wants to incorporate community members in decision-making processes in an effective way. An action to improve it is to discover what youth participation activities are already taking place in the community. Subsequently, have open discussions with members of the educational project aimed at involving children and young people in the governance system.
