Wants to integrate the diversity of visions through the planning and execution of the project. An action to improve it is to clarify the roles of different actors by developing a process map that delimits who participates, when and how in the different phases of the process.

Pursues equity through a democratic governance and shared leadership. An action to improve it is to favor a culture of balance between discussion and consensus so that it becomes explicit that consensus is necessary, but is the discussion that helps to lift the educational project.

An action to improve it is to mediate in existing conflicts so that they become constructive and never destructive, making explicit the opportunities offered by the discussion.
